About me

I was born in Slovakia and have lived in London for over 18 years where I have been working as a nanny. Working closely with mothers and babies, I have noticed how the well-being of a mother affects a baby with breastfeeding, sleeping patterns and the mental health of a new mum. I was always interested in alternative medicine but it was not until 2010 that I discovered Reflexology and instantly fell in love with it! I have learnt that there is a close connection between Reflexology and the well-being of a new mum, or anyone who wants to feel good!

I knew then that Reflexology is what I wanted to do, to “heal” people through touch, through Reflexology. I have studied at CLCR and in 2013 I became a fully qualified Reflexologist. I am an established Holistic Therapist and am fully insured against Public Liability and malpractice claims. I am also a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists and abide by their code of conduct, offering a totally confidential service.
